550 "Slate Grey"

The New Balance 550 “Slate Grey/Concrete” is a mostly monochromatic grey colorway of the retro basketball shoe built in premium suede. The 550 debuted in the late 1980s and was brought back by Aimé Leon Dore as part of several popular collaborations beginning in 2020. Here, the “Slate Grey/Concrete” features a grey mesh construction with tonal hairy suede overlays. Grey “N” branding can be seen on either side of the shoe and “550” detailing is found on the forefoot. “NB” branding appears on the heel while New Balance 550 insignia appears on the tongue tag.
